Spending New Year in this hotel was a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, with all the modern amenities one could need. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the spa area was perfect for relaxation. We especially enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the sauna. The food was of excellent quality, prepared by talented chefs. The location was also a highlight, with beautiful surroundings that added to the overall pleasant atmosphere of the hotel.

While our experience at this hotel was overall positive, there were a few minor details that could be improved. The minibar claimed to be free, but it turned out there was a charge for refills.

Pool area to small for the size of the hotel and amount of users.

We enjoyed the rooms, the food, the spa and comfort. Though the "sunrise view" is mostly a view of the hotel parking lot, the surroundings and thus the walks are very nice. The restaurant meals are delicious (breakfast and dinner). We were going for a weekend trip and so I only brought along leisure clothes. You might consider taking something nice with you though, as many people wore nice clothing (high heels included) for dinner.

- we wanted to pay our balance the night before the actual check-out because we expected that sunday morning there will be a lot of people checking out and we wanted to save the time. Though the receptionist for some reason gave us a bill which didn't include all expenses (e.g. one night rate, wine etc.) and so on sunday when we found out that we have to pay even more money, we had to wait in line anyway and it just made everything complicated as our room was supposed to be covered by somebody else who already left before us.... Also not all the staff (especially the spa are) speaks english

The infinity pools in the SPA area were amazing, especially the warm water. There were plenty of clean sun loungers available. The food quality was top-notch, with specially delicious dinners and attentive restaurant personnel. The staff was very kind and helpful when we rented e-bikes.

My stay at this hotel was extraordinary. From the moment I walked in, I was met with luxury and exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. The Spa & wellness centre was a tranquil haven; the massage and beauty treatment were incredible. The indoor swimming pool was of the perfect temperature, and the Jacuzzi was a nice touch. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and had beautiful decor to the finest detail. The hotel's restaurant served excellent dishes and had a sophisticated atmosphere.

The leisure/ TV room could be improved. The room felt small and lacking, which made it an uninteresting place to relax.

The facilties and ambience of the hotel are excellent. It was a pleasure to stay there. I recommend the half board package on offer. Another nice feature is that the internet is free. I stay in hotels for at least 75% of the year and this is one at the top of the list for comfort and enjoyment.

A mnor issue was that service of the main course in the restaurant was very slow each night. It was explained to me that the kitchen was "under stress".

Welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff. The location is great, close to many interesting sites to explore. The relaxing spa experience was wonderful, with a variety of saunas and pools to enjoy. The breakfast and dinner offered a wide range of delicious options.

Dogs were allowed in the hotel and one of them was barking for almost 7 hours. , some guests complained about others not undressing for religious reasons in the sauna area, which disrupted the serene ambiance a bit.

The hotel's location adjacent to two golf courses offered a great convenience to enjoy the game and the stunning surroundings. The pools were clean and the closed areas near them were impeccable to relax. Bistro's lunch had appetizing snacks. The room was spacious, the bathroom was spotless, and the service was excellent. The breakfast offered a range of healthy options and the view of the scenery was breathtaking.

One may find the dinner selection a bit too pretentious, with some over-engineered dishes that can be disappointing.
